The Gokulananda Temple in Vrindavan, steeped in history, was originally established by Viswanath Chakravarti. He initially worshiped Gokulananda at Radha Kunda and later moved to Vrindavana. When the Radha-Vinoda temple deteriorated, he constructed the Gokulananda Temple, where both Gokulananda and Radha-Vinoda Deities were enshrined. The temple also holds a significant Govardhana-shila imprinted with Lord Chaitanya's thumbprint. Additionally, Jahnava Devi introduced a Deity of Radharani next to Radha-Vinoda, and the Deity of Radha-Vinoda now resides in the Gokulananda Temple.
